HR Systems Manager (Finance)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads, manages, and make recommendations for best practices related to HR systems and HR operations across multiple locations. Ensures all people information is up to date, consistent across all locations, and monitored regularly for accuracy. Provides technical support and guidance to the HR Team and other users of HR systems, resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner. Generates and analyzes reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to the HR Team, Company leadership, and other stakeholders. Collaborates with internal and external resources to troubleshoot issues, integrate new features and modules, and ensure alignment with the organization's objectives. Contributes to a wide variety of HR Projects while keeping up to date on the latest developments in HR systems, process and practices, evaluating and recommending new solutions and best practices. Leads efforts in HRIS configuration, security, data management, reporting, and auditing. Develops and maintains documentation, policies, and procedures for core HR systems, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Leads benefits administration including annual renewal process, auditing invoices, and coordinating communications to employees. Main contact to out-sourced payroll, tax, and HR software providers. Manages leave of absence administration. Builds strong, trusting relationships with all levels of the organization to achieve positive results. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment/labor laws and regulations. Other duties as business needs dictate.
