Due to the territory covered by the Pipeline Engineer position, it can be based out of our Brentwood, TN or Birmingham, AL office, depending on a candidate's location.
Position Description:
Provide technical support in all areas of pipeline systems with the primary responsibilities of managing pipeline integrity projects (In-Line Inspection tools and remediation, evaluation and repair of anomalies). The individual will be a technical resource to the region in support of pipelines and may support other operational activities. The individual must possess the ability to associate with a wide variety of people (personalities, skill and education levels, etc.) with tact, courtesy and professionalism. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience and the position will be filled commensurate with the successful candidate's experience.
The individual must possess project management skills used in the development of project documents (such as project scope, schedule, budget forecasting, cost tracking/analysis, and risk identification/mitigation). The candidate must be capable of communicating this information using well-developed written and verbal skills. Secondary duties involve multiple small pipeline and facility projects and engineering studies. Daily activities include:
