Job Title: People Success Coordinator

Reports to: People Success Lead

Location: Goleta, CA (Hybrid)

The Role

As a People Success Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People Success team. You will be responsible for coordinating various HR activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our employees. Your role will involve handling administrative tasks, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and providing support in various HR functions.

Your Impact

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to People programs, policies, and day-to-day PX services.
  • Respond to questions through multiple channels (ticketing system, email, Teams) and escalate appropriately to internal stakeholders (e.g., PXBPs, COEs, Payroll, Legal, People Tech).
  • Educate employees and managers on self-service tools and available resources to encourage independent resolution when possible.
  • Manage the PX inquiry queue, ensuring timely response, accurate routing, and consistent tracking of tickets.
  • Act as the communication liaison for PX-led initiatives, policy updates, and other employee-facing content.
  • Prepare and respond to documentation requests (e.g., employment verifications, legal inquiries) with discretion and accuracy.
  • Execute a wide range of Workday transactions, including job changes, organizational updates, supervisory corrections, promotions, one-time payments, and more.
  • Collaborate with managers and PX/functional partners to ensure transactions are accurate, compliant, and supported by appropriate business rationale before submission.
  • Identify when an inquiry or transaction is not black-and-white and take ownership of coordinating with the right teams (e.g., Compensation, ER, Payroll) to align on next steps.
  • Troubleshoot system or process issues and escalate complex cases to People Tech, PX Leads, or other appropriate channels.
  • Draft and edit various employment documents including but not limited to job change letters, promotion offer letters, and employment verification letters.
  • Own the maintenance and organization of digital and physical employee records, ensuring alignment with recordkeeping policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end unemployment claims and employment verification processes, partnering with Employee Relations and external vendors when needed.
  • Oversee PO and invoice processing related to People Success vendors and programs.
  • Administer and support employee programs such as Tuition Reimbursement, Electric Vehicle/Commute incentives, and other Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent workers, partnering with managers, PXBPs, and Legal as needed. Review documentation for compliance, initiate background checks, process hires in Workday, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing documentation of People Success processes, including SOPs and employee resources.
  • Identify trends or recurring issues and flag opportunities to improve service delivery, eliminate inefficiencies, or strengthen compliance.
  • Participate in PX projects and pilots, offering insights from frontline experience to influence decisions and outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
  • 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience in a fast-paced environment.

$28.40 - $30.25

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
