Executive Assistant (Administrative)
Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, mailings, proofreading, data entry and special event planning such as annual meeting preparations.
Prepare reports, bid packages, memos, letters, meeting minutes and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet or presentation software.
Timely response to requests for information, service, and assistance.
Prepare reports and attend monthly board meetings. Responsible for taking and reporting meeting minutes.
Provide supervision and direction to Office Administrator.
Maintains confidentiality of organization fiscal, personnel and consumer related information.
Maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organization policies and procedures.
Assist Executive Director in scheduling meetings/events.
Maintains agency documents and contracts.
Assist in maintaining agency policy & procedure documents.
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
