Customer Service Representative (Sales)
Perry Ellis International is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis to support our Ecommerce business. This person will be the primary point of contact with our customers and must work well in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to incoming customer service inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Quickly become familiar with brand voice, software platforms, and common issues.
Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer information.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or emailed based settings.
Comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.
Experience handling a high volume workflow in a professional setting.
Gain satisfaction from helping others.
