Wholesale Business Development Advisor

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between Evernorth Wholesale and the Pharma Account Management team to support partnership execution.

• Track and manage resolution of operational issues related to pharmaceutical manufacturers, including contracting, compliance, and logistics.

• Communicate directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers on contract management, cost of goods adjustments, issue resolution, product access, and partnership needs.

• Collaborate across departments (contracting, compliance, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution of priorities.

• Support the launch and ongoing development of the Evernorth Wholesale platform by coordinating strategic initiatives and internal action items.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience strongly preferred

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical account management, business operations, or client-facing healthcare roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects or issue resolution workflows.

• Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
