๐ฉบ What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Respond to resident needs and ensure their comfort, safety, and dignity
- Collaborate with CNAs, LVNs, and other staff to deliver coordinated care
- Accurately document assessments, treatments, and resident progress
- Support the nursing team by stepping in for shifts as needed
โ Qualifications:
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A compassionate approach to care and resident interaction
