Job Description:
In search of a high-performing, resourceful and self-motivated Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with a passion for corporate giving, community impact, and sustainability, and excellent project management and communications skills. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role, offering exceptional access to global leadership and an opportunity to shape nascent community impact and sustainability communications programs. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for spearheading Cooper's global philanthropic efforts and community impact programs across CooperCompanies, CooperVision and CooperSurgical.

Work Environment:
Given the close working relationship with senior leadership, this position will be based in the Corporate Headquarters in San Ramon, CA and requires on-site presence Mondays-Thursdays. Travel, including international, will be required, and travel may be significant given the nature of the role.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $93,835 and $125,113 and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
