HPE is excited to add an experienced Internal/Employee Communications Manager to our Corporate Communications team, since communication plays a key role in enabling HPE's transformation and our overall pivot to an aaS company.
This role will support a global business' employee communications, responsible for ensuring we are tightly aligned to the organization's and company's transformation narrative. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and measuring sustained employee communications strategies and plans to advance the company's brand, and drive employee alignment and engagement.
The Employee Communications Manager will message, implement and measure sustained executive, field, channel or employee communications strategies and plans to advance the company's corporate image, drive employee alignment and engagement, enable selling success or promote executive visibility. Additionally, they will develop internal and external leadership platforms and content and manage speaker placements and prep. Focus may be global, national, regional, sub-regional or local in scope, and they will ensure communications align with company's brand identity and messaging framework.
