Enterprise Social Media Senior Analyst - Hybrid (CT/STL/PHL) (Finance)



TheEnterprise Social Media Coordinator(Senior Analyst) will play a key role in supporting the enterprise's social media strategy across a family of brands. This position will assist in the creation, production, and publication of engaging content, ensure brand consistency, and optimize social media performance for both organic and paid . Additionally, the coordinator will help maintain enterprise-wide social media guidelines, support the expansion of the employee advocacy program, and manage platform administration, including access controls and user audits.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, scheduling, and publishing of high-quality social media content (organic and paid) across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube).

• Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns, either directly through our media buying platforms or in collaboration with a media agency .

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, copywriting).

• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy.

• Help maintain and update enterprise-wide social media policies, best practices, and brand voice guidelines. Ensure all internal stakeholders and business partners are educated and informed.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal/regulatory requirements.

• Support the scaling and adoption of the employee advocacy program, including training, content distribution, and engagement tracking.

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employee advocates.

• Maintain social media platform access, including password management, user permissions, and security audits.

• Conduct periodic reviews of inactive or outdated accounts and recommend optimizations.

• Provide ad-hoc support for campaigns, events, and cross-functional projects.

Ideal candidates will offer:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field

• 3+ years of hands-on social media coordination in a large corporation or marketing agency setting

• Proficiency with social scheduling/management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social)

• Strong copywriting and editorial skills-comfortable adapting tone for diverse audiences

• Experience with social media planning and advertising

• Highly organized with an eye for detail; adept at juggling multiple priorities

• Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing

• Prior involvement in employee advocacy or ambassador programs

• Understanding of social media compliance, privacy and data-security best practices

• Experience in a regulated industry such as health care is a plus, but not required.

• Must have passion for collaboration and strong stakeholder management skills.

•Ability to work from a Cigna Group office at least 3 days a week, as directed by the business

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
