The Client Service Specialist plays a critical role in helping to coordinate client service activities with a strong focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position will maintain high service standards, create positive client experiences and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration. The CSS will engage in client-servicing activities on a day-to-day basis with specific emphasis on how to best serve clients. This role necessitates exceptional follow-up skills and highly effective social skills. Regular and predictable attendance is required. To be successful in this role, the ideal individual will have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an integrated team environment.
