HRIS Manager-Workday (Human Resources)



What you will do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Supervisor to join our global team. The HRIS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HRIS projects and initiatives, including reporting, auditing, and providing support to a team of three (3) HRIS analyst. The primary technologies supported in this role are Workday, Sharepoint and ServiceNow.

This is a hybrid role, we require 3 days a week in the office in Glendale, WI.

How you will do it

  • Supervise and mentor a team of three (3) HRIS professionals, ensuring efficient and effective HRIS operations.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders - including HR, IT, Finance, business leaders, and external vendors - to gather system requirements, improve HR processes, and identify opportunities to streamline, optimize or automate workflows.
  • Implement HRIS project roadmap and strategy, continuing to align business priorities and deadlines to resource allocation. Maintain clear lines of communication, timelines and project responsibilities with key collaborators.
  • Manage and oversee the integration of HR systems with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and connectivity between platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support for HRIS system including troubleshooting issues, optimizing systems and processes, and implementing new capabilities.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Develop a discipline within the HRIS team to optimize data reporting, data quality, and definitions.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Must have experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow ITSM, Sharepoint, MS O365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to work with competing priorities of various complexity and scale.
  • High level of proficiency in managing and leading a team.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS.

Preferred

  • Experience working in global manufacturing organization.
  • 1-2 years of experience supervising technical workforce.
