Travel as required to fulfill job function and provide project support. Analyze work orders and plan daily tasks. Investigate customer issues and resolve problems. Maintain reliability tracking. Diagnose error or technical problems and repair. Maintain customer relationships and confidence. Coordinate and direct site installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Coordinate and book travel plans as required. Coordinate emergency repair and service on location. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge for on-site troubleshooting. Advise customers of manufacturer recommended service intervals. Plan, schedule, and assist with training to customer personnel. Comply with all safety regulations. Prepare and submit Field Service Reports. Document services performed. Assist PMs and PEs with customer interface. Order and gather needed components. Track time and materials for services rendered. Utilize and maintain required PPE. Other functions as assigned.
