Driver (Construction)

The Driver will be under the direct supervision of the Facility Director. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Transport clients to and from referral sources and appointments, court dates, etc. as arranged by supervisory staff.Maintain vehicle log and assure its accuracy and completeness, including required services such as inspections, routine maintenance, tire rotation, etc.Perform cursory checks of the engine oil level (dipstick), antifreeze and windshield washer reservoir and add fluids as necessary.Turn in all receipts for services/maintenance to the appropriate designated staff for reconciliation with the vehicle log.Drive the vehicle at all times obeying the motor vehicles laws of all jurisdictions, and provide, at all times safe and courteous service to all clients.Report any motor vehicle accident immediately to the facility director, and gather and complete the information requested on the various forms for reporting purposes. These documents must be completed as soon as possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate appointments and transportation needs.
Possess a valid drivers license with clean DMV record.
Must pass criminal background checks, driving record check, and pre-employment drug test.Must be familiar with the use of GPS and be comfortable driving in unfamiliar areas.
If recovering, the facility driver will have a minimum of two years sobriety.
