Sr R&O Maintenance Anlyst Supervisor (Finance)

Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor

The Senior R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing maintenance execution, stores, and planning activities. Your focus on regulatory compliance and safety will be a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring that our equipment is reliable and meets industry standards. In this position you must mentor a team of maintenance planners, storeroom personnel, technicians, and execution supervision ensuring accurate manpower loading, T1-T7 schedule loading, standard job plans, and providing strategic insights to optimize maintenance operations. Your expertise will be vital in identifying areas for enhancement, driving efficiency, and ensuring the optimal work management process of our maintenance execution personnel, processes, and systems. This role serves as both a working leader, mentor, and coach focuses on continuous improvement and the development of maintenance planning strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. This position will be a 100% on-site work schedule, no remote work with weekend and after-hour coverage required.As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and optimize maintenance analysis processes, lead a team, and drive efficiency and reliability improvements. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a 100% on-site work schedule.MUST HAVE
• 5+ years in petrochemical, oil and gas, or textile manufacturing
• 5+ years of transferable experience to enable immediate impact
• 2+ years with SAP experience with maintenance planning and work management module
• 2+ years in a supervisory, leadership, or industrial planning role
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical technical aptitude of industrial machinery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills independently
• Proven track record of success in maintenance analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in maintenance analysis tools and techniques
• Ability to lead and inspire a team

• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and tools.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Experience with Union Employees or bargaining workforce, policies, and grievance processes

• Innovative and eager to learnRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive accountability and capability of maintenance crafts persons, planners, stores, and execution supervisors to independently drive proactive practices, work ethic, and safe work execution.
  • Work with management to coach, mentor, and develop work execution workforce to identify personnel for professional growth/development/promotion or to performance manage
  • Must be capable of independently performing accurate data analysis and providing strategic insights using MS Excel, Meridium, Minitab, SAP, and any data analysis software
  • Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies to optimize maintenance operations, enhance efficiency, predictive maintenance, and proactive equipment maintenance strategies
  • Analyze maintenance data and metrics to optimize maintenance performance, drive operational efficiency, identify trends/areas for improvement, and lead maintenance productivity & cost savings
  • Perform planning duties for an area of responsibility, serve as execution supervisor during vacancies or after hours while providing shift and weekend duty support for work execution as a team member
  • Work with cross-functional teams (including hourly union employees) to ensure timely and safe execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime, overtime, and rework
  • Drive task driven organization with deadlines, structure, and transparency to ensure equal distribution of assignments, projects, and process improvements through maintenance organization
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained in compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and the manufacturer's recommendations. Your role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safe operations for the staff, scheduling maintenance tasks, tracking equipment maintenance records, and ensuring the overall reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
