Job Summary
**THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE MON - FRI WITH FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED TO SUPPORT 24/7 OPERATIONS**'Under limited supervision, the Sr HR Generalist provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues. This individual partners with management to facilitate the delivery of HR services. In addition, the Sr HRG ensures the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively. The Sr HRG also serves as contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$77,480.00 - $112,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
