Position Purpose
This position is responsible for managing day-to-day store department functions through effective management of staff and volunteers, the processing of merchandise and donations, and for providing excellent customer service.

Work Environment
This position requires working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather, as well as warehouse/dock setting with or without climate control.
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to move merchandise throughout the store
Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted, 70 lbs. with assistance
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and periodic holidays
Ability to obtain Forklift Certification and operate a forklift on a regular basis
Ability to climb steps to Forklift cab
Estimated Time Commitment: 40 hours/week, Rotating Monday-Sunday schedule. Shifts are scheduled based on the needs of the store, between the approximate hours of 8AM and 7PM.
