Domestic Violence Services Manager (Personal Services)

JFSA of Cleveland is actively seeking a Domestic Violence Services Manager
The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of domestic violence, its resulting trauma, and the needs of survivors from both micro and macro perspectives. The Domestic Violence Services Manager is responsible for fiscal sustainability, grant management, program development, and outreach activities. An advocate for survivors, the DV Manager is an expert resource to and with community partners. Versed in culturally specific service delivery models, the Manager insures fidelity to best practices for culturally specific program design and service delivery to the Jewish, legally documented immigrants, and disabled community members.

Management Responsibilities: This full-time office-based position fulfills both direct service and management responsibilities daily. The Domestic Violence Services Manager reports to the Executive Director of Strengthening Families. Responsible for the overall management of JFSAs Domestic Violence Services and Know AbuseTM program and personnel, as well as the Hebrew Shelter Home Case Manager.
Salary commensurate with experience.
