CONNECT WITH STUDENTS DURING THE SUMMER
Duties include:
Responsible for the collaborative planning and implementing of daily Teen After-School programmingCoordinate and support special events, family programming, teen-specific programming and activities with direction from the Youth Experience DirectorWork closely with school and Y personnel to ensure positive outcomes for students and connection between the school, students, families and the Y.Develop and maintain positive relationships with Y employees, school personnel and administration, students and families.Assist with transportation supervisionMaintain written attendance data, meal count records, collect assessment data and provide reports as necessary.Represent Hilltop YMCA teen programs at community events and resource fairsOperate daily groups in a ratio of 1:20 comfortablyCreate a welcoming and engaging environment for a diverse group of young adults ages 11-17Facilitate group games, physical activities, STEM and creative arts projects, and more!
