Sr Treasury Manager (Finance)



This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

You will manage all treasury aspects and implementation including cash management, investments, trade finance, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and financing in all region/countries under your supervision. You will work closely with both internal (i.e. Country Controllers, FT organization, M&A due diligence and integration teams, Tax, Legal, auditors, payroll as well as local finance people of acquired companies) and external stakeholders (e.g. banks, other service providers, M&A lawyers, auditors and peers).As a Senior Manager in Treasury at Honeywell, you will significantly influence the company's financial strategy, enhancing performance and risk management, while leading a diverse team to foster inclusive growth and stakeholder engagement, with a direct report to the [title] and based in [City, State] under a [Hybrid, On-site, Remote] work arrangement.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in treasury management, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, capital markets, and financial planning.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing treasury strategies that drive business growth and financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.

The annual base salary range for this position is $169,000 - $213,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk
  • Oversee cash management, risk management, and capital structure
  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to senior leadership and business units
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and present treasury reports and analysis to senior management
