Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school; one to two years of computer support experience or equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience. Must have knowledge of PC hardware and software principles as they apply to company's computing environment.

This position serves as an escalation point for the EUS team for highly complex or high impact hardware and application issues.
  • Assists in evaluation of proposed new hardware and software for potential deployment to Brookdale associates.
  • Assists with development and management of images for end user devices.
  • Assists with administration of centrally managed systems for, inventory, application/update deployment and patch management.
  • Anticipates potential problems and performs thorough testing of all images, applications, updates and patches prior to deployment
  • Analyzes, develops, and implements system improvements for enhanced security, efficiency, and productivity as directed by End User Services management.
  • Executes projects as directed by End User Services management.
  • Maintains record of project status and prepares activity report as requested.
  • Serves as an escalation point for the End User Services and Device teams for high level or high impact device issues.
  • Works directly with other IT teams to understand end user needs for new applications and systems.
  • May assist project teams with hardware and software roll-outs as needed.
  • Stays informed about specific application and system changes that are being made at Brookdale as directed by End User Services management.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with IT staff, vendors, customers and management.
  • Makes support decisions which are consistent with department and company computing policies.
  • Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
