Your Role Within the Kingdom

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Ad Operations Managerto oversee the execution, optimization, and reporting of our digital advertising campaigns. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless ad delivery, maximizing campaign performance, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, trafficking, and ad tech platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including display, video, mobile, and programmatic.
  • Oversee ad trafficking, troubleshooting, and campaign QA to ensure accurate implementation and delivery.
  • Optimize ad placements and performance using data-driven insights to maximize revenue and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and analytics, to align ad operations with business objectives.
  • Maintain and improve ad tech stack, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad servers (Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and brand safety guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements in ad operations workflows.

Skills to Create Thrills

Required Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DSPs, SSPs, and third-party ad verification tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting ad delivery, tagging, and measurement discrepancies.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, reporting tools, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and industry best practices.

Extra Points:
  • Certification in Google Ad Manager, DV360, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in advanced data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
  • Background in media buying, programmatic strategy, or yield optimization.
  • Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior ad ops specialists is a plus.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
