Job description

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. This position requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies. As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to ensure that we meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
Duties

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each position.
Utilize various recruiting platforms, including ATS systems and tools such as Workday and UltiPro, to manage the recruitment process.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Negotiate job offers with selected candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies and practices.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions within the ATS.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
Familiarity with ATS systems; experience with Workday or UltiPro is a plus.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
Ability to negotiate offers effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Knowledge of employee orientation processes is beneficial.
Experience in executive recruiting is a plus but not mandatory.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
