Electromechanical Sr Field Service Technician - Conveyor Systems

Location: Southeast Region (OK, AR, TX, TN, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC)

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide top-tier support to our customers' distribution centers and production facilities. You'll travel extensively (up to 95%) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic applications, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLC controls.

As a Sr. Field Service Technician, you'll travel across the Southeast to work hands-on with cutting-edge automation-conveyors, robotics, sortation systems, palletizers, and PLCs.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 4+ years of electro-mechanical field service experience.
  • High voltage electrical experience.
  • Conveyor systems maintenance experience.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

WE VALUE

  • Technical degree and/or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, electronics or similar.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
  • PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen Bradley and other PLC systems).
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of IT networks.

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley, Modicon, etc.)
  • Provide on-site customer support, including emergency service calls, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
  • Use your expertise to program, modify, and debug PLC code and robotic applications.
  • Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.
  • Develop and submit detailed service reports, including program updates and drawings.
  • Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Other duties as assigned per business needs.
