POSITION PURPOSE
The Junior Assistant Manager - Catering represents the Catering Department, both interdepartmentally and to the public, with a professional, cheerful and helpful disposition. This person supports the catering and convention services department with administrative duties in an accurate, efficient and reliable manner. This person will also assist in the catering and convention services function when needed up to the level of ones capabilities.
