JOB SUMMARY

Medline is looking for a Business Analyst in Medline's ERP Master Data quality team. The person in this role should have continuously improved mindset to develop and implement processes for maintaining stability of our systems. The role requires timely communication and ongoing collaboration with analysts, developers, business and technology partners.  Come join this fast-paced, growing team and make healthcare run better. The Master Data Quality BSA is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across enterprise systems. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to define, implement, and monitor data quality standards and governance processes

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates the work between business partners and team members with on and offshore locations.
  • Working closely with Business partners and cross functional teams to represent Master Data team for cross team initiatives.
  • Ability to Debug and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience of Agile and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies
  • Ability to understand end-to-end processes across Systems.
  • Works with business sponsors to understand business requirements and drive the design and delivery of quality technical solutions.
  • Assist in identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes and proposed changes.
  • Assists in effort estimation.
  • Communicates and coordinates with team manager and business leadership to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the enterprise.
  • Defines and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues to the Team Manager as needed. 
  • Available as on-call support for critical issues during non-working hours as documented in team support schedule

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience

Work Experience

  • Knowledge of SAP Master Data: Business Partners ( Customers and Vendors ), Materials, Manufacturing Master Data
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in MDQ
  • 3+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or business systems analysis
  • Experience in cross-functional project teams involving IT, business, and data governance
  • Proven track record of leading or supporting data migration and cleansing initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency in complex problem solving
  • Demonstrated proficiency for gathering and translating business requirements into tangible work products
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working in fast paced work environments

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Strong understanding of master data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle DRM).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Maintenance systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to translate business processes or concepts into technical requirements.
  • Ability to be self-direct and accomplish objectives as part of larger project teams.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively drive business, culture and technology changes in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
  • Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
