Position Summary/Objective
The Service & Occupancy Inspection Clerk is responsible for supporting the Service Supervisor and the local service team in the execution of property management projects in the market. The clerk reviews incoming service requests for validity and accuracy in order for assignment to the Service Technicians on a daily basis and will serve as the liaison between the market and municipalities by ensuring compliance and scheduling of permitting requirements, inspection coordination, and relevant administrative support. This position provides assistance and clarity regarding service requests for service technicians and maintains Salesforce Service Request database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, contractors and residents. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information through the payable system.
