Retail Service Specialist - Full Time (Finance)

Goodwill of the Heartland is the place for you! We are looking to hire a full time Retail Service Specialist for our Muscatine Store!
The Retail Service Specialist provides excellent customer service to everyone they encounter - other Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This position is active and has a variety of responsibilities, so the day goes quickly for our retail team. This position will assist customers at checkout, price and stock items in the store, process donations with production goals for the sales floor or our warehouse, and assist with keeping the store clean and organized.
Position requirements: Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, though the average weight of donation processing is 20 lbs., and must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand. Retail experience is preferred but not required.
The Retail Service Specialist position has a starting wage of $13.50 per hour, and this position is also eligible for incentive pay based on store performance. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture, you will be scheduled a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekends and flexibility is a must.
