Product Manager (Sales)
Position Summary/Objective
The Primary role of the Product Manager is to lead the development of new process, systems improvements, and training to make our business as efficient as possible. The Product Manager will work within their assigned products to facilitate and enhance business processes by working with advanced business process automation and business intelligence systems, providing solutions to ensure user adoption and development of custom applications that enrich the user and customer experience. A Product Manager must be a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills that will serve as a liaison between business departments, development and support team. You will establish a comprehensive understanding of business expectations, processes, and requirements and then assist with the architecture, management of a plan, and training to meet the business goals. These processes can include leasing, retention, maintenance, collections, accounting, rehab, and acquisitions.
This position will be based in Dayton but will work remote.
