Compensation: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Essential Responsibilities:

• Keep the yard neat, organized, and safe

• Load and unload materials, equipment, and attachments using Bobcat and related equipment

• Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

• Help maintain a rent-ready equipment fleet

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Understand and support unique customer applications

• Use problem-solving and discretion appropriately

• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Follow all safety guidelines and best practices

• Show a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Work Environment:

• Outdoor yard work, including equipment operation and customer interaction

• Some areas may be hazardous or dirty — proper PPE required

• Moderate to loud noise levels

• Phone-based communication with team and customers

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary seasonally)

Required Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment service operations

• Experience with construction equipment (skid steer, excavator, wheel loader, etc.) preferred

• Experience in the rental industry a plus

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills required

• Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems

• Must be able to learn company-specific software
