Seasonal Employee (Biotech)

We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal team of employees. As a seasonal nursery employee, you will play a vital role in nurturing, promoting, and selling our diverse selection of flowers, shrubs, and trees.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with plant selection, providing knowledgeable advice on care and maintenance.Maintain the nursery by watering, pruning, and organizing plants ensure a visually appealing environment.Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves.Collaborate with team members to create engaging displays and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications:
A love for plants and gardening, with a willingness to learn about different species and their needs.Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to assist customers effectively.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy items.Previous experience in retail or horticulture is a plus, but not required.
