Join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Web Content Specialist and help shape the voice of our brand online. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize web content that aligns with our brand strategy, enhances user experience, and drives engagement across customer journeys.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update web content using the global web content strategy to engage customers and site visitors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, creatives, and SMEs to ensure content aligns with brand, UX, and customer journey goals.
  • Plan SEO strategies including keyword research and metadata integration.
  • Guide marketing teams on content best practices and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and recommend content improvements to boost traffic and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming, project planning, and feedback loops.
  • Provide coaching or training to team members and contribute to process improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects with limited supervision while maintaining high quality and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing digital web content in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, detail, and brand voice.
  • Experience collaborating with UX designers and digital marketers.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries and adapting content to meet compliance standards.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
