Lakeside Book Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing team! This is a high-impact role for a creative, strategic marketer who thrives on collaboration and delivering results.
You will lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to support business goals. From digital campaigns and internal initiatives to executive presentations and event support, you will bring innovative marketing solutions to life and drive brand engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across digital, print, and internal channels
- Partner with senior leaders to create targeted, results-driven campaigns
- Write engaging content for web, email, collateral, and presentations
- Oversee branding and creative development for marketing materials
- Plan and manage corporate meetings, trade shows, and events - including logistics, content, and entertainment
- Write and maintain content for internal intranet and external websites
- Manage multiple projects and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including digital and content strategy
- Strong writing, project management, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting senior executives and managing multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with SEO, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and digital platforms like WordPress
- B2B or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Ability to lead event planning from start to finish
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar tools
- Basic design knowledge and ability to provide creative direction
