Our team of healthcare professionals works together to help residents reach their maximum potential in a clean, welcoming, and compassionate environment.

📝 What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain and organize resident medical records in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
• File nurses' notes, assessments, progress reports, lab results, and more into resident charts.
• Assist in scheduling assessments and recording incidents/accidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Support the Medical Records/Health Information Consultant as needed

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Experience in medical records or health information management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.

• Starting at $17 per hour
