Office Administrator (Administrative)
Manages the day-to-day operations of front office. Plan and schedule work-flow of staff assignments.
Supervise clerical or administrative personnel.
Ensure professional, service-oriented reception of parents, visitors and members of the public who call or visit the preschool building.
Supervise the work of support staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
Develops and maintains administrative procedures; recommends, develops, and implements changes as appropriate. Oversee maintenance of office record-keeping systems.
Oversee the preparations of reports, memos, letters, meeting minutes and other documents.
Performs annual staff evaluations for support staff.
Fosters a positive, high performance and collaborative environment.
Ensure the department maintains a safe, clean, organized, professional work environment.
Maintains confidentiality of organization fiscal, personnel and consumer related information.
Maintains a thorough working knowledge of and adheres to organization policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant.
