Job Description Summary
In this hybrid Finance-Technology role, the Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Transformation acts as a key liaison between the Finance team and the Technology organization to support data needs through Workday Financials, Workday Prism, Accounting Center, and other reporting tools. This role involves performing data and system analysis to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations and reporting.
What You'll Do
Support Finance's data needs by leveraging Workday Financials, Workday Prism, and Accounting Center, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Partner with Finance and Technology teams to translate business requirements into efficient data processes and reporting solutions.
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot datasets, accounting sources, and Prism pipelines to streamline financial operations and reporting.
Analyze and corroborate data from multiple sources, implementing solutions to address inconsistencies and improve data reliability.
Monitor and resolve transaction errors, batch failures and mapping table discrepancies, maintaining consistent flow into the Workday General Ledger.
Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives by participating in system enhancements, process improvements, and special projects related to financial reporting tools.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting financial systems, reporting, data analysis, or financial reconciliation activities.
Prior experience working in the banking or financial services industry required.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage reconciliations, troubleshoot discrepancies, and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional teams.
Direct experience with Workday Financials required; familiarity with Workday Prism and Accounting Center preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
