What Youll Do
Provide administrative support including vendor communication, purchase orders, and collateral orderingAssist in planning and executing marketing projects and departmental initiativesMonitor Google Local Services accounts and route leads to our Call Center teamHelp finance update job details and funding when neededManage referral program fulfillment (gift cards, checks, tracking)Upload and traffic TV commercials to meet campaign deadlinesMonitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media and online platforms to protect and grow brand reputationGenerate monthly reports from CRM systems to track results and support campaign strategiesConduct call audits using tracking platforms like Google Local Services and Call SourceAssist with company events and maintain inventory of marketing and home show collateralPerform other tasks that keep our marketing operations running smoothly
