Responsibilities-
Qualifications-
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 3 years of IT experience. (or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: Designing and developing high level class structure in PRPC based on the organizational hierarchy; Designing and configuring tools built using Pega PRPC in Polaris; Integrating the Pega applications with other enterprise systems CBM, Alfresco, Service now and Product Management Tool (PMT); Analyzing and improving the performance of applications in production; Pega Autonomic Event Services to gather, monitor, and analyze performance and health indicators from Multiple Pega BPM systems across the enterprise; Application support using various monitoring tools Splunk, Elk for Log monitoring and Dynatrace for Application Performance Monitoring; Creating Skin Rules for presenting and styling various UI elements; System administration including maintain Rule sets, application and access groups, and work groups; Implementation of decision tables, decision maps, and declarative expressions; Creating custom flow shapes in Pega to create ticket to service; and, Automating the deployment of Pega RAPS across various environments using Jenkins and Github.
Must have the following certifications: Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) and Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA)
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
