Technical Support Assistant (Information Technology)
Install and configure computer systems and applications within the school and/or district
Respond to staff and student inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks
Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
Maintain a working log detailed all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware
Evaluate system potential through assessing compatibility of new programs with existing programs
Maintain system functionality by testing computer components
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree within the Informational Technology field preferred
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft office software
Knowledge of the Arabic language preferred
Must have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working in culturally diverse setting
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Flexible, open-minded, self-driven team member
