The Employee Liaison Representative is responsible for assisting in coordinating recruiting, onboarding programs,
training and recordkeeping for the community.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
• Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting of positions, pre-screening, scheduling
interviews for appropriate Managers, checking references and submitting background checks; works closely with
Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Works with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers and arrange for new hire orientations.
