Pharmacy with office support.

Examples of Duties include:

  • Files documents in USF Box
  • Assist with PCard processes and ledger reconciliation
  • Mail pick-up and delivery
  • Performs basic data entry duties into computer systems
  • Receives, scans and/or faxes documents
  • Makes copies on Ricoh copier and assembles basic, moderate and complex copy projects - may use
  • binding, folding, stuffing and stapling equipment
  • Maintains office supplies and keeps inventory of materials and supplies; copy paper supplied in copier;
  • and beverages in the refrigerator
  • Answer TEAMs phone and takes messages, as well as greets visitors and refer them to the appropriate
  • individuals
  • Handles and fulfills routine inquiries for information, publications, forms, etc.
  • Schedules and sets up simple events, staff meetings, and appointments
  • May run a variety of errands for the college as needed

Average Number of Hours per Week: Up to 12 hours/week

Schedule: Preferred schedule is somewhat flexible within business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Monday thru Friday.

Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order
to apply for this position.
