Wazee Crane, a division of the Timken Company, is seeking a National Sales Manager at its Broomfield, CO location. In this role, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by increasing sales and building strong, lasting relationships with customers in the overhead crane market. The National Sales Manager will support marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives and reports directly to the Wazee Crane Business Manager.

Essential Responsibilities & Attributes:

  • Drive sales of overhead material handling equipment and related services through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; identify needs and convert opportunities into profitable sales.
  • Prepare, send, and track quotes; collaborate with proposals team on bids and submissions.
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and promotions to grow market share.
  • Adapt to changing market demands while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends (preferably overhead bridge cranes).
  • Work independently and collaboratively; handle high-stress situations with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; meet deadlines with available resources.
  • Travel as required (30%+).

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in sales, business development, or customer service (10+ preferred).
  • ERP quoting experience; MS 365 proficiency.
  • 5+ years in crane/bridge, manufacturing, or construction industries preferred.
  • Technical estimating experience preferred.

Work Environment:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-4 p.m., on-site at Broomfield manufacturing facility, except when traveling to visit customers.
  • Compensation: $93,500-$114,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, and could pay more or less than the posted range.
  • Tools Provided: Laptop, iPhone, and company car (company covers insurance, gasoline, maintenance, license fees).
