Are you a skilled RN with emergency experience and strong leadership skills? Fall River Health Services is looking for an ED Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Department with confidence, compassion, and clinical expertise.

What You'll Do:

Oversee 24/7 ED operations & nursing care

Perform & supervise emergency procedures (BLS, ACLS, IVs, transfusions, etc.)

Support staff, manage schedules, and ensure quality patient outcomes

Lead education, training, and growth for your team

Collaborate with the CNO and help shape department strategy

Keep the ED compliant, efficient, and ready for anything

What You Bring:

SD RN license + BLS/ACLS certified

3+ years of ED nursing experience (leadership preferred)

Strong decision-making, team-building, and communication skills

Passion for patient care and emergency services
