General Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and equipment, operation of grounds maintenance equipment, and general repairTimely response and recording of guest service requests, according to company policy Assist in the sorting, pre-treatment, washing, drying, and folding of hotel linens Stock, maintain, and organize storage closets and facilities with proper inventory levels Maintains property grounds and public spaces in excellent condition Stays accessible to front desk, housekeeping, and the Operations Manager
