Job Description
Industrial Operation Supervisors are accountable for many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, on-boarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years' industrial cleaning experience with supervisory experience required.
- Mechanical aptitude and sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills (Oracle or similar systems preferred) and excellent organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively engage diverse teams (field and office personnel).
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
