San Joaquin Nursing and Rehabilitation, a respected skilled nursing facility in Bakersfield, CA, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join us as a Full-Time Treatment Nurse. This is a great opportunity for an LVN who takes pride in providing high-quality, resident-focused care while playing a vital role in our clinical team.

- Provide direct wound care and skin assessments to residents under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Administer prescribed treatments such as wound dressings, topical medications, and related procedures
- Monitor healing progress and promptly report changes in resident conditions
- Document all treatment interventions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to update and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices and all applicable regulations
- Educate residents and staff on basic wound care and skin integrity prevention
- Current and active LVN license in good standing with the State of California
- Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong documentation and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative nursing team
