Teller Part-Time (Finance)

Job Duties:
- Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier's checks.
- Provide efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
- Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures
- Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned
- Connecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs.
- Engaging customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self-service technologies.
- Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

Education, Experience & Licenses:
- Required- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Preferred- Associate's degree or higher.
- Preferred- Minimum 6 months banking experience.
- Required- Minimum 6 months customer service and cash handling experience.
- Preferably Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience
Required- Less than 1 year(s): A minimum 6 months customer service and cash handling experience.
Education
Required- High School or better
