Internal & Community Relations Coordinator (Marketing)
Support the development and execution of community engagement strategies, fostering relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with community groups, coordinating volunteer efforts in alignment with company values.
Manage inbound sponsorship requests, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate and participate in community events, sponsorships, and volunteer activities to promote the company's brand and increase employee involvement.
Aid in planning and coordinating company events such as conferences, seminars, team building and corporate retreats, collaborating with teams to define objectives and logistics.
Assist in managing event budgets and coordinating marketing efforts to promote participation such as invitations, promotional materials, and online presence.
Oversee procurement of branded merchandise, working with stakeholders to create visually appealing displays, promotional materials, and apparel.
Manage inventory and distribution of all branded merchandise and promotional items ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of community outreach efforts, events, and merchandising initiatives.
Prepare reports summarizing key performance indicators and trends for informed decision-making.
Travel up to 50% required.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to align strategies with company core values, goals and initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in designing graphics, flyers, brochures and social media content.
Knowledge of relevant software and tools for event management, merchandising, and reporting.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
