The Partner Success Manager (Digital) is responsible for fostering and growing relationships with existing data partners, including publishers, data aggregators, and research organizations that contribute to the Eyeota marketplace. This role focuses on building strong partner connections, enhancing the quality and scope of data collected, and delivering increasing value to partners. It also involves identifying new opportunities to expand these accounts while demonstrating a thorough understanding of Eyeota and Dun & Bradstreet's data products, solutions, and commitment to privacy regulations.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day activities across data partnership accounts, with a focus on improving data quality, increasing data volume, and driving revenue and commercial opportunities.
  • Support the beginning of the partner acquisition cycle from initial conversations, negotiation, and contracting through to onboarding and ingestion.
  • Work closely with business operations and taxonomy management groups to monitor supplier volumes within segments, identify areas for diversification and ensure quality of data against our definitions (e.g. intent vs interest) remains consistent.
  • Conduct annual or quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor monthly revenues, working with dedicated accounts to identify areas for growth and troubleshoot technical issues that can act as a hinderance to performance.
  • Align with commercial sales teams to expand partnership growth opportunities.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative account management within the digital media industry, ideally at a publisher, ad network, demand-side platform, data company, or digital agency.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and the role that B2B and B2C data plays in campaign planning.
  • Strong technical/analytical aptitude and operational experience with ad serving, tag implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and travelling when necessary.

  • $92,500 - $155,400 a year

    This role is commission eligible.
