What you will be doing:
As a Customer Contact Account Specialist, you will deliver best in class service to Wintrust Financial customers via telephone and electronic channels (limited face to face customer interaction). The Customer Contact Account Specialist must be passionate about sales and provide ethical account recommendations. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide account opening recommendations to prospects.
Open accounts and follow up on expected deposits or signatures needed
Extensive computer and telephone work.
Handle customer interactions in an efficient and professional manner
Become an expert in promotional offerings.
Understand expectations of possible sales goals and work independently to meet goals
Technical support during account opening process.
Interact with other departments to resolve funding issues.
Qualifications:
High School Degree or equivalent
2+ years of retail banking experience strongly preferred.
Advanced technical skills strongly preferred.
1+ years of customer contact center experience preferred.
Excellent telephone, computer and written and oral communication skills.

Compensation:
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.59, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
